2222k Terms & Conditions: Rules Governing Your Account

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2222k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 2222k website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and wagering services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. 2222k reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use 2222k you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 2222k reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 2222k or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not hold more than one registered account on the Platform at any time, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• You must not use the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws applicable to you.

By registering an account you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this clause and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept current. 2222k reserves the right to carry out identity verification procedures (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal request.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the payment methods available at the time of the transaction. 2222k supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. 2222k will not accept deposits from accounts held in the name of a third party.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, 2222k may require alternative verification before releasing funds.
• 2222k does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges independent of 2222k.
• 2222k reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Any funds deposited in error (including overpayments) must be reported to 2222k support immediately. 2222k reserves the right to reverse erroneous deposits and to deduct any amounts from account balances that were credited in error.

2222k may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are awarded to the Player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 2222k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or special offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. Unused bonus amounts that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance automatically.
• 2222k may at its sole discretion decline to offer any bonus or promotional offer to any Player, or group of Players, without being required to provide a reason.

All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules published on the relevant game page. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 2222k.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player. Confirmation of a bet constitutes a binding agreement between the Player and 2222k.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or force majeure event that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 2222k reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the Player's wallet. 2222k's decision in such circumstances is final.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the final official result of the relevant event as recognised by the relevant governing body. Results that are subsequently revised by an official authority after settlement may not always result in a re-settlement of affected bets.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to certain games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market selection screen. 2222k reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance and any pending winnings, and where applicable referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with live casino tables, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other unlawful financial activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Opening, operating, or assisting another person to open or operate a duplicate account on the Platform for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, deposit limits, or account closures.
• Any conduct intended to exploit a software error, system vulnerability, or pricing anomaly in a manner that gives the Player an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.

2222k's determination that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct is final and binding. Where prohibited conduct is detected after winnings have been credited, 2222k reserves the right to reclaim those winnings in full from the Player's account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 2222k. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2222k, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any loss resulting from a force majeure event.

2222k makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits 2222k's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

2222k may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (net of any voided bonuses and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method subject to completion of KYC verification.

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, the prohibited conduct provisions, or the responsible gaming obligations.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration, during a KYC verification process, or in connection with a dispute.
• 2222k is required to do so by a law enforcement authority, regulator, court order, or any other competent authority, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Player, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

2222k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, 2222k will endeavour to provide at least seven days' prior notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact the support team.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 2222k's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
